Alex Key

Principal, Osteopath

Alex graduated with a Masters with distinction from the British School of Osteopathy. He has gained experience in multiple disciplines, including sports injuries, expectant Mothers, women’s health and the elderly. Alex is also trained in dry needling and cranial osteopathy through the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.


His undergraduate research has resulted in him having a specialist interest in the neurology and psychology of pain. Alex emphases the unique multifactorial nature of pain in each individual. He incorporates manual treatment with the prescription of rehabilitation exercises, he combines this with the appropriate lifestyle and nutritional advice. He spends one day of his week teaching undergraduates in clinics at the University College of Osteopathy.


Away from the clinic, Alex enjoys an active lifestyle, including running, cycling, tennis, swimming and surfing.
