We request 24 hour’s notice of cancellation or rescheduling to allow us to phone our waiting lists and fill the slot in our therapists diary.
We hope you understand that we like to avoid charging any cancellation fees whatsoever.
However, any appointment that is missed or cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at 100% of the fee.
