Sandy Rowe
Osteopathy
Sandy is a qualified osteopath who graduated with distinction from Health Sciences University. She previously worked as a data analyst before retraining as a personal trainer in 2017, and her background in triathlon and adventure sports sparked her interest in movement and rehabilitation.
She also holds qualifications in sports massage, yoga and snowboard instruction, and supports patients with everything from injury recovery to strength and fitness goals. Her approach combines osteopathic treatment with rehab exercises, strength training and nutrition.
Sandy has a particular interest in women’s health, completing a dissertation on perimenopausal pain and a clinical placement in HSU’s women’s health clinic. She also gained experience with chronic pain and HIV patients at the Royal Free Hospital and is currently working with NCOR on evidence-based osteopathic care.
An outdoor enthusiast with lived experience of injury and career change, she brings empathy and practicality to her patient-centred approach.
