Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a way of detecting, treating and preventing health problems. It uses manual techniques such as joint manipulation, stretching and soft tissue release to encourage movement, relieve muscle tension and enhance the blood and nerve supply to tissues. This aims to restore your body's full function by helping its own self-healing mechanisms. Treatments for all ages.
Massage Therapy
A treatment for muscle pain and stress where the therapist uses different pressures, movements and techniques to slow down the nervous system and release tension in the body.
Reflexology
Reflexology is all about using the thumbs to apply pressure and manipulate reflex points to unblock nerve canals from detrimental obstruction and each pressure point corresponds to specific organs in the body.
Medical Acupuncture
Medical acupuncture involves using fine needles to stimulate the nervous system to trigger the release of chemicals and/or hormones that will affect the perception of pain, increase blood flow to promote a healing response and reduce muscle guarding (tensing) via the needling of trigger points. It can help with neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, stress, vertigo, siunsitis, IBS and much more.
