OUR OSTEOPATHS
Alex Key, Principal
Alex graduated with a Masters with distinction from the British School of Osteopathy. He has gained experience in multiple disciplines, including sports injuries, expectant Mothers, women’s health and the elderly. Alex is also trained in dry needling and cranial osteopathy through the Sutherland Cranial College of Osteopathy.
His undergraduate research has resulted in him having a specialist interest in the neurology and psychology of pain. Alex emphases the unique multifactorial nature of pain in each individual. He incorporates manual treatment with the prescription of rehabilitation exercises, he combines this with the appropriate lifestyle and nutritional advice. He spends one day of his week teaching undergraduates in clinics at the University College of Osteopathy.
Away from the clinic, Alex enjoys an active lifestyle, including running, cycling, tennis, swimming and surfing.
Laura Morantin
Laura graduated in Nantes (France) in 2014 and has since worked as an Osteopath in France, New Zealand and London. She has trained to work with a range of patients ranging from babies, toddlers, pre- and post-partum women to the elderly. She also has experience of being an osteopath for a French rugby team, international horse riders and stunt men and women. Before becoming an Osteopath, Laura was a semi-professional horse rider in eventing.
Laura is a clinic tutor to undergraduate students at the University College of Osteopathy. She originally trained in visceral and cranial osteopathy, and has since completed courses in nutrition, natural remedies and sports supplements.
Karina Spero
BSc (Hons) Ost, BSc (Hons) Psych, DPO
Karina has been in practice since graduating from the British School of Osteopathy in 2001.
She treats with traditional manipulative osteopathy and osteopathy in the cranial field. Karina is also a qualified paediatric osteopath, having completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy. She works at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London, treating babies, children and pregnant and post partum women.
She is experienced in diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of musculo-skeletal problems and treats patients of all ages. She adapts her treatment approach to each individual, using both firm and gentle structural approaches and soft tissue massage, together with cranial osteopathy. She offers advice on lifestyle and exercises to help where appropriate.
Claire Massey
Claire graduated with a Masters with distinction from the University College of Osteopathy (previously British School of Osteopathy). She is also a qualified sports massage therapist and trained in Perrin technique.
Claire has always been fascinated by the intricate workings of the body and uses this curiosity to help discover the cause of her patients’ symptoms. She incorporates a variety of manual techniques with rehab exercises and lifestyle advice and works with her patients collaboratively to get them back to feeling their best.
Claire enjoys working with adults of all ages and fitness levels and has a clinical interest in women’s health. Her further training in Perrin Technique means she specialises in the process of diagnosing Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS).This may also benefit individuals suffering with post viral fatigue, long covid and fibromyalgia.
When not at work, Claire tries to be outside as much as possible and enjoys hiking, swimming and reading. Claire is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
Adam Whitfield
Adam has gained a wide range of skills in general practice since he qualified in 2002, and has been a mainstay of Victoria Park Osteopaths for over ten years. His previous experience includes working in busy practices in Yorkshire , London and within one of Hackney's GP Surgeries.
Adam also has a very keen interest in fine woodwork and carpentry, and divides his time between the practice and the workshop.
Christina Lenz
Christina practises both traditional manipulative osteopathy and osteopathy in the cranial field. She has extensive experience working with adults and children.
Besides being a practising osteopath, Christina also fulfils academic roles on the postgraduate programmes on paediatric osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London and the Osteopathie-Schule Deutschland in Hamburg.

Sarah Fraser Steele
Sarah holds a ITEC Diploma in Massage from CityLit. An intuitive therapist, Sarah finds the supportive effect of massage on the body’s own systems inspiring and offers tailored treatments to suit the individual needs of the client, whether that be by alleviating muscular tension, promoting flexibility, or enhancing overall relaxation and reducing stress.
Sarah is a keen advocate for holistic health and is fascinated by the links between physical and emotional well-being.
Claire Massey
Claire finds sports massage to be a great combination alongside her skills as an Osteopath.
If you are keen on your exercise or generally experience those muscles tightening up every so often, then sports massage may be for you.
Claire has an ITEC level 3 Sports Massage Diploma with Merit and is in on Fridays and Saturdays.
OUR REFLEXOLOGIST
Uta Sempf
Uta specialises in Reflexology for Perimenopause, Menopause and Endocrine Hormone Balancing, including Head and Face Reflexology. The Perimenopause and Menopause is a time when fundamental phycological shifts happen in a woman’s body, emerging as physical and emotional symptoms, such as brain fog, anxiety, stress, depression, forgetfulness and low energy, low libido, weight control, hot flushes and sleepless nights being the most common ones.
Uta trained at the London School of Massage, The London School of Reflexology, CityLit and the Academy for Sport and Health in Germany. She is currently training for the Practitioner Diploma in Applied Reflexology for integrated medicine within the sector subject area of Nursing and complementary therapies allied to medicine.
