Sandy is a CIMSPA-registered Personal Trainer and qualified Nutrition Educator with a background in osteopathy. She supports patients in improving energy, recovery, hormone health and long-term wellbeing in a practical, supportive way.

  • What to Expect from Your Programme

    Initial Consultation (60 mins)

    A full assessment of your goals, health history, hormones, lifestyle and food habits.


    Assessment & Personal Plan

    A 7-day food diary is reviewed and a tailored plan is created with meals, snacks and hydration guidance.
 


    Follow-Up Consultations (45 mins)

    Progress check-ins, adjustments and ongoing motivation.


    Length of Programme

    Minimum 3 months — 1 initial session + 3 follow-up sessions. More sessions can be added.
